 Berry rice is a cross-breed rice of a dark violet grain which is a combination of Hom Nin with well-known antioxidant properties, and Thai Hom Mali Rice. Berry rice contains 3 times more iron than other varieties, on top of that it contains high levels of antioxidants such as beta-carotene, gamma oryzanol, vitamin E, and folic acid.
