Our logo entails meaningful elements which encompass our iEcon core
values of providing the ultimate shopping convenience and consumer
essentials.
The
italic ‘i’ is symbolically associated to ‘Me’, ‘Mine’, or ‘I’, meaning
‘My Econ’.
The
black and red blocks behind the ‘i’ represent residential blocks,
signifying the close presence of iEcon to where customers live.
Red
colour is a reminder of our ties with Econ (the old name of iEcon),
which has been serving customers loyally since 1982.
Black, a strong and
bold color, symbolises
our strength and determination to succeed.
The
orange and yellow in the ‘o’, which represent the sun and crescent moon
respectively, stand for our commitment to serve you from morning to
night.
On
the top right hand corner is a calligraphic style of the Chinese word
‘发’ (pronounced as ‘fa’) which means prosperity. This calligraphic
style represents our embracement of tradition but, at the same time,
exudes a stylish and modern impression.
Our tagline, ‘Always Close To You’, has a dual meaning behind it.
First, it indicates the close proximity of iEcon to where consumers
live. Second, it signifies the close relationship among outlet owners
and their customers which exemplifies itself in iEcon's unique
personalised services.
