The Board of Directors of the Company wishes to announce the Listing & Quotation of 630,000 PSC Shares arising from exercise of Executives’ Share Option Scheme 2003 which was released by Market Control Department on 15 April 2010.
The new issued and paid up capital of PSC Corporation Ltd as at the date hereof: 551,831,746 (excluding 12,115,000 treasury shares).
